LionHeart in the Park

Join us this Saturday, July 12th in honoring children with congenital heart deffects. The Children’s Heart Foundation – Oregon Chapter, is holding its annual festival of family fun, Lion Heart in Laurelhurst.

Groove to the beat of Kukuva Marimba or jump sky-high in the bouncy house. Have your face painted, learn to walk on stilts, spin a plate, or clown around with Circus Cascadia. Let your toddler crawl around Pitter-Patter Land, and enjoy a show by the Hoop Shine Girls. Check out your favorite bugs with Oregon Zoo Bugs, or have some fun with balloon artist Joe Mishkin.

There is a rock wall for some climbing fun, and group art projects. All in the spirit of preventing and treating congenital heart defects.
