Negatives can be Positive
Want your original Campbell Salgado film negatives? We’re cleaning out film prior to October 2004 from storage, and making them available for purchase.
For a flat fee of $250, eligible clients can own ALL of their film-based photo sessions, and be allowed limited usage rights to print or digitize photos for personal use. Just to be clear, you get the negatives! Scan them, make desktop wallpapers, freely send prints to family, the choice is yours. A New Feature: Monthly Photographic Art Concepts
There isn’t any doubt that our old grade-school photos end up a revered marker of growth and change in our lives, often becoming a chronology of our favorite but forgettable fashion trends and bad haircuts. The class photo is a tradition we would personally find difficult to forego, but as professional photographers, we can’t help to wish for something much more dynamic.
To raise money for our son Tamaio’s school, we photographed his second grade class with a creative twist. Take a look:
Each student was photographed individually in a mid-flight fit of expression. The kids could not have enjoyed this exercise more, and hopefully, will be just as excited by the finished piece. We certainly enjoyed the process, and look forward to supporting Portland Public Schools again in the future.
