Our Halloween Memories

Tuesday, November 3rd - 2009

Photographing little characters under the proud eyes of their loved ones is always a treat for us. For the second year in a row we’ve dedicated this parade of fun to a more serious cause…feeding our community through the Oregon Food Bank. This year we were thrilled to raise enough money to fill 60 emergency food boxes with over $600 for the Oregon Food Bank. On Halloween a bevy of 50+ wonderful costumes stepped in front of the camera at our photo studio…from Cindy Lou Who with the Grinch to an adorable bat. Curious? You can have a look at our slideshow of creatures, critters and spooks online. Please vote for your favorite on facebook. We’ve still got the grand prize for the best costume to give away.

A variety of crafts and snacks were spread around our studio to entertain our little friends while they were waiting.

Our winner of the Sellwood Mama Basket was Carrie Morton, the Food Lover’s Basket was Noelle Crombie and the Kid’s Funtime Basket was Stephanie Brown. Special thanks to our fellow business owners for donating to our raffle and providing refreshments. Businesses include Noah’s Bagels in Lake Oswego, Tilde, HandMaids, Haggis McBaggis, Adobe Rose Café, Blue Kangaroo Coffee Roasters, Mamalates, Elixia Wellness, Staccato Gelato, Noah’s Bagels, Hollywood Video and the UPS Store in Sellwood.

In case any of you were curious Tamaio was Zorro this year.
